On Saturday I took a miserable walk in the wind and rain, temperature in the 40s. Today the temperature is in the 90s. Well, you know New England.
In the nicer weather I’ve been walking around and clicking. Would love to have you weigh in on any of these pictures, especially the ones that make you say, “What the heck?”

Hi
The bright orange art installation was done as part of the Fort Point Arts Community Spring Art Walk. We wanted to turn a barren plot of unused dirt into a activated space by creating an unexpected environment. It illustrates how a little “guerilla gardening” and the will to transform under used spaces can become a surprising place that urban dwellers can discover and enjoy! The artists are Mike Moss and Claudia Ravaschiere (me). The piece is titled Bright Side of the Road and is on Congress Street. Thanks for noticing it!
I am crazy about Fort Point. I work nearby, and when I’m stressed, I cross the channel to look at art. I was so glad so see that your little nook stayed around after the open house.
