Whatever you did today, I hope it was nice. We had an egg hunt at our house (this year’s whacky egg-coloring technique worked well), and then we played in the park.
Above, you see the baskets ready for the four grandchildren. The painting on the wall is by my oldest grandson, who is not quite 9.
Below, looking pensive, is our youngest grandchild.
I used a branch of an early rhododenron to hang Easter ornaments.
Penny for your thoughts little one!😊 love the painting!
Thanks. All four kids like art, and that makes my visits with them fun for me, too.
I’m so used to seeing little kids all amped up with sugar on Easter–your granddaughter looks really mellow! I’m glad you had a nice day with family!
To be honest, she was pretty ramped up most of the day. I need to find out what was going on in that picture.
Wonderful picture of your granddaughter. Sounds as though you all had a jolly good time.
It gets wild, but it’s fun.
She looks thoughtful. Wonder what’s going on in her head. She is beautiful. But I can believe it is not that often she is that still. You got the right second for your pic
Now that I think about it, she looks like she is worried the big kids have found the eggs first!
